Chuck Gaspari

Chuck Gaspari is a co-founder and General Counsel of YipTV, Inc. As an attorney, investment banker, and consultant to CEOs and other senior executives, Gaspari has a strong background in strategic business development, capital sourcing and operations, encompassing startup development, marketing, sales, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate policies and practices. He founded and owns G&G Sports and Entertainment Group, Inc., whose portfolio includes teams and clients in the NBA, NHL, PGA, LPGA, MLB and technology companies including Motorola and Comcast. Chuck has built a successful career based upon business consulting, strategic alliances, marketing/sales/distribution strategies, planning feasibility, contract negotiations and public and media relations. Chuck currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission. Gaspari served as a White House staff assistant to then Vice President George H.W. Bush and as a judicial law clerk in the office of a U.S. Magistrate for the Southern District of Florida.
