    Terms and Conditions

    PAYMENT TERMS

    DATAXIS payment terms require that all delegate ticket fees are fully paid at the time of booking. Failure to pay for your reserved place may result in the cancellation of the booking.

    Ticket fees include: all lunches, all coffee breaks, cocktail, gala dinner and event documentation.

    DISCOUNTS

    Super Early Bird and Early Bird pricing offers are only available if payment is made at time of booking with credit card. If payment is not made at point of booking the non-discounted price applies.

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you cancel a ticket registration prior to October 3rd, 2016 you will receive a refund. A cancellation charge of $200 will be applied. We regret that NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations received after this date. However, we welcome substitute delegates at any time.

    HOW TO PAY

    By credit card via our secure online payment system (Paypal or Stripe). You can contact our customer service at any time for any questions about the booking. Please note that all payments will also be processed via our secure and compliant payment system, so your card details are never compromised.

    ARE YOU REGISTERED?

    You will receive an acknowledgement for your booking, which will contain your individual ticket number. If you do not receive anything, please contact our Customer Service to make sure that your booking has been correctly processed.
